Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms explain how Elite Drain & Flow arranges and carries out drainage services. The specific work, price or pricing method, and appointment arrangements agreed with you for each booking form part of your contract. If anything here conflicts with a written booking confirmation, contact us so we can clarify it before work begins.
A request for a quote or callback is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when we have agreed the work to be carried out, the applicable price or how it will be calculated, and the appointment arrangements. We will take reasonable care and skill when providing services. Drainage problems can involve concealed or pre-existing conditions, so an inspection may identify work beyond the original scope.
Any call-out, inspection, diagnostic or other charge that applies will be explained before you agree to the booking. If inspection shows that extra work or a different price is appropriate, we will explain the reason and cost and obtain your agreement before carrying out that extra work. You can decline additional work; we will explain any safe next steps and any charge already agreed for work completed.
Visits are subject to availability. We will confirm an appointment window with you and contact you if circumstances affect it. Attendance or completion times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a specific time. Please provide safe access to the property and relevant drainage points, and tell us about known hazards or access restrictions before the visit. If we cannot safely access the agreed work area, we will discuss the options and any applicable charge with you.
Your cancellation rights depend on how and when the contract was made and the service booked. Where consumer distance or off-premises cancellation rights apply, the statutory cancellation period and any exceptions apply. We will provide the required cancellation information for the booking. If you ask us to start during a cancellation period, we will ask for your express request and explain any amount that may be payable for work already supplied if you later cancel. Any statutory right to cancel remains subject to the law, including rules that may apply once a service is fully performed following your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elitedrainflow.com. We will explain any charge that applies under the booking and the law before taking payment.
Payment is due on the timing agreed in your booking confirmation or invoice. We will not charge for unapproved additional work. If you have a question about an invoice, contact us promptly so we can review it with you.
We will explain any material limitations we identify during the visit. The result of drainage work may depend on the condition, layout and accessibility of existing pipes and surrounding property. We cannot promise that a blockage will not recur or that concealed defects will be absent. If we identify a separate issue or recommend further investigation, we will explain the reason and any proposed cost before proceeding.
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us at info@elitedrainflow.com and include your name, service address and a brief description. We will review the matter and respond. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes consumer rights or liability where the law does not allow that limitation or exclusion.
We use personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. For questions about a booking or these terms, email info@elitedrainflow.com.
These website terms are general information for service bookings. The booking confirmation and any legally required cancellation information should be provided for each customer and job.
